Non receipt of Subscription

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had been approached by a sales representative from DNA while shopping at Big Bazaar, Old Madras Road and he had collected a sum of RS.299/- and in return was given a privilege card along with some coupons. This was done on September 10 and I was also informed that I would start getting the subscriptions from October onwards. I had received a few calls from different numbers for address verification but till date I have not received a single subscription.

Following this I had sent a mail on the e-mail id mentioned on the privilege card ([email protected]) today and also on another e-mail id mentioned on their coupons ([email protected]). I am awaiting their reply. I tried calling up the enquiry number mentioned on their coupon (080 65738888) but I am always greeted with the message saying "This Number is switched Off). Now I do not know how to get in touch with the company and hence using the services of this forum
