Not getting the newspape

I had subscribed on 23-5, cheque number - 69711, The City Co-Op Bank Ltd. and my subscription has been stopped by the vendor with effect from 1-2.As the duration of the subscription has not expired the supply of newspaper has been stopped. The vendor says that the supply has been stopped by the DNA itself. I also want to renew my subscription but have not found the helpline number on the DNA's website.
