Irresponcible billing

We were billed 2 times by Citibank cards and it took us ½ day to get the mistake rectified for no fault of ours. We have been trying to call your customer care to complain about this mistake, since last 2 hours and the phone call was attended after 2 hours.

I don’t think we can do any further business with such irresponsible company.
