Telephone not working

My telephone No. 2480343 at B-331, Kendriya Vihar, Sector-51, Noida is dead since 2nd July. I complained at Sector-51 exchange on 3rd July at 9.30 AM. However, the complaint is still not attended. I have again reminder /complaint lodged on 6th July. I do not know how many days more it will take. A line in confirmation would be highly appreciated.
