Hi,

I Mohinder Singh working as a permanent employee in DTL, taken two numbers of Airtel i.e 9818610382 (almost 4yrs old) & 9717499797 (around 6 months ago) both are corporate number under DTL (Delhi Transco Ltd.)

So the problem is as both the no.s are corporate no.s so i should get first 500 minutes free each month without any charges under CUG between all the no.s that comes under DTL as commited to me by your aitel executive who came to my home & given a pamplet that assures the same, i attached the same in this mail. But this is not happening at all.

I did complaints to cust. care & your aitel executive but didn't get any satisfactory response. Cust care was saying that your older no.(9818610382) is included in our CUG so send us a certificate on DTL letter requesting for same i did that also, still no response; again i'm attaching the certificate in this mail also.

Hope this time i forgot the counting now but this time i hope you will take an appropriate action this time.

Please check both the number and provide all the facilities assuring the pamplet attached, & if there is any new/more facility you are providing please add that also.
