EDC machine(LIPMAN), (NURIT 8320)
MACHINE not working properly

Dear Sir/Madam

This is to inform you that our billing EDC machine is not working properly from last 1 week.

i also put complaint regarding the matter, but didnt get any response from your side. One of your executive come to my retail store to check the machine, but he was not able to do it properly. EDC machine is hanging more than 10 times a day, and after every transaction, machine is showing batch close,

I havent ever seen such a pathetic condition of your bank and your service. i am also AXIS bank customer.

So as a consumer i am requesting you to do some follow ups regarding the matter as i am facing alot of problems,

I am requesting once again please send ue executive to my store for this particular problem.
