Premium paid for policy no. 620346801

Dear Sir.

I have paid the premium amount Rs. 6350.50 cash on 28.06.07 for policy no. 620346801. But it is not reflected/updated on your site. I showed the online paid printout certificate to LIC in Bangalore in M.G. Road, Branch code 603. The enquiry person asked me to send email to the original branch where the policy was opened. I send the email with attached paid certificate but I didnt get any response. Branch code bo_307. In the site it shows policy relapsed. IN the alternate channel it shows paid on 28.06.2007. I am very disappointed the way LIC functions. Now I dont know what to do as I was asked to go to the original branch which is a waste of time money energy and aslo taking 2 days leave.
