I do not know this is going to help or not but if yes then i appreciate your forum... I had applied for SBI Railway Card and i got an SMS on 23rd december from SBI that i will recevie the same in 7 days, When contact SBI i got the message that the card had been picked up by elbee courier (the riduclous company) on 24th December I was provided the tracking no as 331796695. I called up ELbee on 11-31002222 provided by SBI CARD Executive... when i contacted Elbee on 31st December I was suprise to hear from the representative Mr. Parry that the courier was picked up on 26th December and that will be delivered to me on 1st Jan. As I had do booking for my vaccation with my family I pleased him to get it delived on 31st itself as the tickets were in available status were getting exauhsted. I was promised that some will drop in between 3-6 PM. NOBODY TURN UP... When I contact the company again they said that generally it is next day they get it delivered. On 1st I waitined till 14:00 IST and then when i called up the representative Ms. Erun (something like that) promised me that some one will surely conatct me and deliver the same on my home address. NOBODY Call me niether the card was delivered. I again tried calling up in the eveining from my mobile but i after waiting for 15 minutes i could not go through. On 2nd january i tried to call up at 9:05 hrs the customer service also was not started again when i rang up at 9:10 still the same status.
WHY IS LICENSE ISSUED TO SUCH COMPANIES WHO TROUBLE THE USERS IN SUCH A WAY... WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR MY FOLLOWUP'S MY TIME, RESOURCE, ENEGERGY & OF COURSE MONEY I MUST HAVE WASTED AROUND Rs. 200-250 calling the comapny and my tickets are now in UNAVAILABLE status. who will pay the tatkal charges...
I would like to recover both the amount from the ridiculous organisation and inform all the companies to stop delaing with such a unprofessional comapny.
