Name missing in voter list

Sir, i hold a election identity card number AP/31/207/087114 issued on 15/03/1996, in himayath nagar constituency (Now at amberpet constituency). I am residing in the same house since 30 years (the house is in my father's name). I voted in all the elections till now. Today i was told by BJP volunteers that all the three names in my house were missing. i request to include the name in voters list
