Wrong Spelling of name

Sir / Ma'am,

In my Voter I.D. Card the spelling of my name is written as &-quot;Bipasa Bhar" instead of "Bipasha Bhar". I'm a resident of Kolkata and the locality is Tala Post Office. So, I would like to know what is the procedure of changing the wrong spelling as well as surname and address.
