Interruption in electricity

Sir,

Please take a not of my previous complaint on 14 Febryary 2009. The situation has not been changed yet. I think this is because the KSEB officials are playing a game. The response time of complaint management is very ineffective. Today as usual, the power failed on 7.00 PM (on single line only). I have informed at the same instant to both Sreekariyam section and the emergency unit. But the supply came only at 9.00PM. Why such a delay? What is the use of emergency unit? There is only 2 1/2 Km from the Sreekariyam section office to the said transformer. And they have thereon vehicle. There is no complicated issues with it. (They know because of unequal distribution of load the fuse has gone. And they know which fuse)

Shall KSEB take action against the person responsible for this?

I have asked KSEB sreekariyam section about the action taken on the complaints given by me to KSEB in written document. No response yet and no remedy also
