Meter not working

Dear Concern.

My connection no. is 6077 / 401250 & meter no. 6994660, my electric meter is goes down, and when i went to nearest electricity office they said you please go to shakti khand once the officer will sign your aplication then you have to go to vaishali and get it sign from that office than you have to submit the same application at indirapuram electricity office, and after that if we will recieve your application we will start work.

need your immediate action to resolve the same.
