No Response for the compliant made for Damaged piece delivered

Dear Team,

The above mentoined Mircowave Oven was gifted to us and was purchased on 16-2 from Vijay Sales dealer at Pune (Pride Purple, Accord, Baner Road).

After after opening the gifted oven it was found that a part of that oven was damaged we logged several complaints with the customer care but till date there is no respose from their siad. (complaint no PUN0204090304)
