Dear Sir,
I have purchased Electrolux refrigerator - 275 L Ozone, frost free, CFC free.
From the last six months or so, my whole family is upset due to non
functioning
of our Refrigerator. I have registered so many complaints & spend roughly
Rs.
10, 000/- on that particular fridge but still it is not working properly.
My recent complaint no's are DEL2502090762, DEL0603090625 & DEL1504090733 which i have registered on the customer care
no.
011-39404040.
When ever their service engineer visit's each one of them give different theory
for
not functioning of Fridge. I mean to say that there service engineer are not
competent.
I am regretting the day, when i have first registered my complaint. My
brother
has told me to sell the fridge & purchase a new one but i've got the trust
on
Electrolux. But till now you have proved me wrong.

Help me in rectifying my problem & take some strict action.
