Draining tube leaky

I have been using above machine - model EW1062W, Serial number 92900002, purchased on 05-09 - since 7 years.

I found the machine leaky last month and complained to M/S Harsha, Udupi 576101, dealer of above machine a month back. They send a technician and it was found that the draining pipe is leaky and require replacement.

Though it is more than a month they have not yet replaced the pipe resulting great inconvenient to my family.

I wish that the complaint may be looked into urgently and set right the machile to workable condition.
