Voters id card not received

Dear Sir/Ma''m,

I have not received my voters id card, and hence forth my name is not present on the electoral list as well. My name is Jasmeen Talwar, and I am a resident of lucknow, aged 25 yrs.

Please reply asap, and if possible send my voting id before the 2009 elections.
