DID NOT RECIEVE PASS PORT

Respected Sir,

I have applied PASS PORT for my parents (MUNIMANDA SAMBAIAH, MUNIMANDA LAXMI) and there File No's are A064509, A064499) respectively, for which the status is (PASS PORT granted and ias expected to be dispatche on 11/12.)This status is same from past 15 days, but till now i havent recieved them in my hands, So, i request you to look into it do the needful as soon as possible, as i have to VISA for both of them by last week of DECEMBER.
