Ems parcel
Parcel not yet delivered

I have sent a parcel on on 6th april from JAPAN and it has still not been delivered when i checked using tracking service of parcel it says the parcel reached customs of Mumbai on 9th april Its more than 10 days now, while I am writing this complaint.
