Espected sir,
i m a memeber of bob account holder since last 10 years
but since last year i m facing so many problems at my branches
like they lost my cheques of transfers
decrease my limits without any reasons or intimations
late my rtgs upto 24 hours still after having balance in my a.c.
like so many complaints happen not only with me but all the customers
is there any guidelines to stop this type of misbehaviours or
it is the system in bob employees
it was very good before year
but since last year
it is the worst experience i m facing at my branch
