Phone is not in condition to operate

I have ordered e phone to naaptol 30 days ago worth rs 5000. my order no is 43464 and i reiceved 15th sep and paid the amount . when i opened it home button was found in broken condition. since then i am complaining on 092235366148 calls but no one is responding. my main menu is also not opening.

now i have no alternative but to complain to consumer protection council.

kindly do the needful to replace the same at the earliest.
