HARD WARE PROBLEM

ORDER NO.26179 DATED 21/08, I HAD RECEIVED E PHONE FROM NAAPTOL ON 31/08

THERE WAS HARD WARE PROBLEM DUE TO WHICH I AM NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE DATA OR RING TONE OR PICTURE VIA BLUE TOOTH. I HAD COMPLAINED TO REPLACE THE PIECE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. I HOPE NAAPTOL WILL FULFILL MY DEMNAD AS THEY HAD PROMISED IN 10-12 WORKING DAYS AS PER TALK ON PHONE NO.-02261486132. IF IT WILL NOT HAPPENED IT IS AGAIN FRAUD TO ME AND I WILL FIGHT FOR THE SAME
