Poor Customer service/no repair

Dear Sir,

I was called by Gurpreet and Bhawana to replace my power antenna. This came through my complaint in Maruti company.

Ms Bhawana first appoved the reparing and then suddenly she went to P S Rawat, Who was totally out of his mind and started talking arrogantly. He says " Boys do whatever you want. I cannot listen to your request. Sorry sorry please go.

is this the culture that you are following in D D Motors?

I have wasted my entire working day and precious time and money. Who is responsible for this?

Why Bhawana and Anuj first approved and then started denying it?

why they have called me? just to insult the customer? Please answer.

My power antenna is not wrkg and hence my complaint is running from last 3-4 months.

Over the phone it was told to me that, Sir please come. we will replace the antenna and we have it available in our stock.

Then why they have turned this into taking money for the same. For what reasons customers go for 4 yrs warranty scheme?

I have reported same to Mr R S Sethi also then and there itself.
