this is regarding my old complaints only,
mistakely I have given order to purchase eureka forbes water purifier, I had given the credit details and verbal instruction to take payment after 19t but they had taken payment before due to this i wanted to dicontinue my order but till the date they have not returned me my money.
transaction happend on: 17/11 VT093220053000140000382 EUREKA FORBES LTD BANGALORE IN through the kotak mahindra bank credit card. and reference no is also given.
(I had paid some interest to the kotak bank due to this unrisponsibilty)
after that i had logged it into your site then arthi has sent me the mail. that i m giving below.
following is the communication happend with them and on phone also, but I didnot get any money back and no answers till now,

He is forcing me to take the delivery and when I told him to deliver he is asking me to go to the office.
this communication happened in this month.
Why should i go to the office when they are taken money from my house.
Please suggest me what to do, for this.
