After purchasing Aquagaurd everytime we give a complaint in the Helpline they promise to send someone immediately, but we have to call them again and again and get that done.; takes minimum 1 week to 10 days.
This time it is goimg to be almost a month and I have spoken to 4-5 people in Helpline, NOBODY has turned up.
Useless service spoiling our peace of mind and work.
If by any chance an Eureka Forbes staff sees this, Pl take proper corrective action so that this does not happen again.
