I HAD PURCHASED ONE NO. RO AQUAGAURD WATER FILTER CUM PURIFIER WITH MODEL NAME AQUAGUARD TOTAL, SMART ON 16/01/08 FROM AUTH. FRANCHAISE M/S EUROSTAR ENT., RAIBARELI VIDE ORDER NO.030 FOR TOTAL VALUE OF RS.9150/- AGAINST EXCHANGE OFFER.
THE FILTER STARTED HAVING COMPLAINT OF VERY LESS OUTLET FROM JUNE' 08, THE COMPLAINT WAS MADE TO M/S EUROSTAR, WHO AFTER MANY REMINDERS TURNED UP AND TOLD IT REQUIRED SERVICING. ON 16/08/08 THEIR SERVICE PERSON SERVICED AND CHARGED RS.540/-. IT WORKED WELL FOR ONE MONTH AND FROM OCT'2008 FIRST WEEK AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM OF VERY LESS OUTPUT APPEARED.MATTER WAS TOLD TO DEALER BUT THEIR WAS NO PROPER RESPONSE. AFTER MANY REMINDERS ONE MR. DILIP PATEL TURNED UP ON 24/12/08 AND ASSURED THAT THEIR PERSON SHALL COME ON 25/12/08 AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM, BUT NOBODY TURNED UP TILL NOW. THEY ARE NOT TELLING THE EXACT PROBLEM AND I FEEL THEY ARE WAITING FOR ONE YEAR WARRANTY TO BE EXPIRED BY 13/01/09.
MY HOLE FAMILY IS SUFFERING, MY CHILDREN GETTING STOMACH PROBELMS AS WE ARE FORCED TO DRIND TAP WATER.
I REPENT HAVING PURCHASED THIS COMPANY GOODS. KINDLY HELP ME IN SOLVING THIS PROBLEM
