Poor after sales service

I have bought an aqua guard of the above company on 28.03.09. The Sales Rep. Mr. Davendra Sharma & Mr. Yogesh have virtually befoolled us by assuring proper installation, a free gift, and a life time warranty on the product. We are constantly calling them for its proper installation and to fulfill other promises, but in vein. Every morning they assure us to to resolvie our problem but they do'nt turn up. We are afraid whether we have purchased the genuine product. Please help us in the matter.
