After sending you repeated reminders. Your executive had visited but he was unaware of the nature of complain. (Where 2 yrs AMC done with Eureka forbes but sad to say “Unable to delivery service for a period of 1 Yrs 2 months.”
After addressing my problem, he informed me to visit eureka forbes office for renewal of contract.
I therefore request you issue me the new AMC contract for service period deprived by me.
Please send me the contract through courier / through your executive since while awarding / marketing for new AMC contract they talk lot about the requirement and health hazard if maintenance is not carried out within 6 months but unable to provide service.
I once again request you to renew my AMC contract. Hope prompt action from your end.
Very poor service and harassment to customer.
