The aquagaurd developed a problem. We called the customer center and even got a complaint number - it is 81261372. We made areounf 8 calls over the last 3 weeks but each time we were assured someone will attend but no one did and on the last call, the person on the line said why don't u contact the local water purifier maintenance guy (which is not eureka forbes but some local vendor) and get it fixed... if i buy something from eureka forbes and file a complaint, then it is their duty to rectify it else why should i buy eureka forbes ever again.
