No followup from sales person

Having listened to the sales talk of Eureka Forbes/Aqua Guard sales person Mr. Shailendra Panday Code No.9025687 I placed order for Aqua Guard Gold Nova water purifier on 29.12.2008 handing over cheque for Rs.8590-00 on United Bank of India Versova.

The product was delivered the next day but the installation was not satisfactory as he/his assistant could not fix the glass holder. Mr. Shailendra Panday promised to complete the installation the next day and at that time also hand over the guarantee papers for the product. He also promised to arrange for refunding the service contract amount paid (over Rs.1500) by me for my old Aqua Guard cooler which was replaced by the new one.

Three full months have passed and till today 27-03 there is no trace of Mr. Shailendra Panday or the the items promised bt him as per previous para. Telephones to him on his mobile 9769670730 were mostly unanswered or replied with very vague statements.

I wonder what type of responses I will get from Eureka Forbes for any future complaints when the beginning is so frustrating.

I & my family members are now thibking of spreading the word around about our experience with Eureka Forbes.

Can I expect some solulution from the Company please!
