Bought a water purifier, aqua guard total RO costing Rs. 14, 500 on September. The cash receipt has not been yet recieved. No warranty card issued. No service so far. No response to repeated phone tries. Regret deeply for having purchased your product. The only reason we bought was for that name Eureka Forbes. Never come across such apathy for customers. Deeply regretting. Please contact and do the needful.
Earlier i will inform about this complaint by registered post at 08.06.2009. but, still not any reply, call or any kind of service not done.last Sunday i will speak to Mr. Kalia Muthu to told this problem and he will assured that solve the leakage and give me the receipt also.
As am i waiting for your reply? or i will submit a civil actions against you.
