I had purchased one water filter from EUREKA FORBES LTD. couple of years back and there after I have made AMC with them after my warranty period.
This year too I am having AMC with M/s. Arindam Neogi (Francisee of Eureka Forbes Ltd.), Code No.-1367, 56/G Bidhan Nagar Road, Kolkata-700067, Phone:033-2356 5047.
Almost a month back one of their service person came to our house for Annual servicing of the filter machine but he had damaged the knob of the water inlet valve and also the water holding stand. Though after several request and complain they have replaced the stand almost after 20 days but till date they have not repair that water inlet valve due to which we are unable to filter the water properly and have to consume tha contagious water.
I have also complain it directly to the Company through Euro Help Line on 39883333 and each and every time they have assured me of providing me the services and had issued complain number accordingly (few I remember -52265615 on 05.11.08, 52322311 on 12.11.08 etc.etc) but till date neither the company nor the franchisee has taken care of our problem. Each and every time the franchisee make a courtesy call after the complain and then went silent till the next complain.
Sir, my earnest request to you that to take a very strict disciplinary action against the company as well as against the franchisee for bluffing and harassing customer like this inspite of the annual contract.
If it is possible I want to go for compensation since each and every day we are consuming bacteria and detoriating our health just because of them.
I shall be highly obliged if you can teach them a good lesson and kindly do the needfull.
