I have purchased one water filter from Eureka forbes company... After 7 months my machine has started to give problem... i rang up so many times at service centre & head office. But they have only one answer NOT AVAILIBILITY OF SPARES. I called up to their managment & spoke to him about my complaint. Immediately they had replaced spares in my machine. I do not understand why should i go to higher authority & then only problem is considered. If management insiste me that everyone has to do compalint to them, then i can help them out. I do have very big contact in construction division. All the localite persons have called me, but they were not able to short out my problem due to scarcity of spares. Management of this company is totally disappointed me.

Managment please resolve issues of customers & your employees then only you can survive.
