I bought a Video Door Phone from Eureka Forbes in September. There is some problem with the receiver and from the last 2 months I have been calling them and have not got any replacement. I have just got a bunch of phone numbers about whom to contact.
I wrote a mail to [email protected] 3 days back, but there has been no response. There is no consumer complaint redressal system.
The whole reason of us buying a Eureka Forbes product over Zicom was for the service parameter. But I am deeply disappointed.
