No receipt given, no service, no response

Bought a water purifier, aqua guard total RO Reviva costing Rs. 9, 990 on November. The cash receipt has not been yet recieved. No warranty card issued. No service so far. No response to repeated phone tries. Regret deeply for having purchased your product. The only reason we bought was for that name Eureka Forbes. Product purchased at Madurai KK Nagar branch. Never come across such apathy for customers. Deeply regretting. Please contact and do the needful.
