Rep not visited inspite of repeated complaints

Sir I have AMC of Eureka Forbes water purifier.

Ispite of calling n-number of times at the Coonoor branch, no one has turned up. The lady on number 914232232261 say that the rep will visit today or in one hour which never happens. The AMC has been given to me by 'RS Enterprises, 17/1. Sun Beam, Appleby Road, Nilgiris. 643231.
