I am so sick and tired for having bought your "AQUAGUARD COMPACT". The order for the same was placed on 07/05 and the product delivered the next day. I was told that the installation would be done the next day of delivery i.e on 09/05. However till date no one from your end has ever turned up for installation.

Also I called numerous times on your helpline number 39883333 and registered various complaints so that installations are completed. However despite registering about 3 complaints the customer service has such great audacity not to turn up for installation or have courteousy to respond back.

I am writing this to you after being so tired of chasing your guys that it seems buying your product in the first place was the biggest mistake I ever made. Seeing the pathetic level of your services I am no longer interested in having your product and would request you to kindly arrange for the same to be taken back and arrange for full refund of my money, since the delay has been from your end.
