No attending of service and changing of candle

Hi,

I entered into contract for 3 years Annual Maintaince with Eureka Forbes. For this I have paid Rs-2700/- on 07.10.2010. I made request for change of candle and service at custmer service centre on 26.11.2011 and 14.12.2011 but every time I am getting the answer that will take this request in priority but nothing has happend till date, I am very disappointed with the Eureka Forbes services.
