I have entered into a service contract with M/s Eureka Forbes for maintenance of my Water Purifier (Compact Model) which is effective till 08.12.2008. My consumer code is 1001197418. I had logged a request for attending the said water purifier with your call centre 39883333 on 21.10.2008 at 16.44 hrs with one Mr Ajay. I followed up the matter with their regional office on phone number 2201629. Till date no one has attended the machine. This is a regular feature of eureka forbes and i am suffering since i enterted in to the two year contract.
