Following up for the service of within AMC water purifier, nobodies listening. First thing they ask on complaining - is it in AMC, if u say NO, they reach u within 30 mins with new amc, solves ur problem. But if u r already in AMC no body bothers b'cos now they don't get more billing done. Regret buying Eureka forbes. Mom has a Kent-o water Purifier and NO problems in Service at All. PLEASE|DON"T BUY EUREKA FORBES NO BODY LISTENS!!
The Service Engineer Sunuil Bhardwaj refused to give any seniors mobile no and said u please go ahead and complain I am on leave as it is sunday so can't help you. STRANGE Level of services???
