I had annual maintenance contract with Eureka Forbes. As per it I sould get 4 services free yearly. Also free replacement of Carbon, Membrane and filters is provisioned as per contract. During contract peroid they provided only 3 services while the last service and free replacement of carbon, membrane and filters was pending. I am following up the company persons who has signed the contract and company itself for last 5 to 6 months. Despite of several communications I didn't get the service. Each time I called the relevant person, He/she didn't pick my phone. Several times I tried to call from different number, whenever he picked my phone I got false promises that person will come to my home and will do the service.
I don't know how to tackle it.
