i purchased alaram securtiy system, customer number is 2184 for past 20 days it is not working, i given a complaint to chennai office through phone more than 20 times, but no respond is there, then i call to the service engineer e. muthukumar but nothing happend, Iam regret to say that no proper sevice is given by company after sales.

so i request to do the need full. This was supplied through Mr. gajendran. M customer sales specialist, security systems division, chennai. 600 017. cell 0994011280, it is in guarntee period.
