I have brought the eureka forbes water purifier . when the executive visited for demo, after explaination of teh product he did not say about maintenence. ex. replacement of filter cartridge every year. it is costing 3660 rs. now i have no other option other than replacing it every year. when asked upon the discount on mrp they r not ready to give any discount. even the service which they r offering is also very very poor.
