Eureka Forbes Watyer Purifier
Valid AMC for water Purifier upto 17.08.09 but nobody is attending complain from last one and half month

Dear Sir,

I have valid AMC upto 17.08.09 for my water purifier with M/s Eureka Forbes and charge of AMC is fully paid in advance. From last one and half month my water vpurifier is under breakdown. I have complained many times to service center at Mankapur, Nagpur and Nagpur headquarte at Ajani, nagpur. I have also complained at Customer Service Division, Bangalore. Within one and half month no one has come to attend my complain and I am bound to drink unfiltered water after purchang of machine and paying of AMC charge. I have been made fool. I want my money refund with interest and action against Customer Service Division.
