Excess electric bill

Pls ref bill no 65 of 16 jul con no 490011724962 of rs 14500 which is incorrect ecess inspite of written complaints phone calls messages firstly from one and half year meter reading was not taken and got status bill which was paid online regularly however after complaints pole no changed from 8 to 4 and reading was taken amount paid onlie and cash not accounted for resulting excess bill of rs 14500 i am mentally disturbed pls take action so that i pay correct bill as per consumption
