EXIDE BATTERIES
NO REPLACEMENT FOR UNCONDITIONED BATTERY

I was purchased new Battery of exide model mhd 700 Powersafe Battery on 17/10 from sri kalpana battery works, trichy, tamilnadu. But after 3 days it was not working totally. it is a Company Manufacturiing defect.

exide Dealer was not

giving the replacement of that battrey .so, I would like to appeal this problem in cosumer court.

I am waiting for your positive response.
