NON REPLACEMENT OF BATTERIES

Dear sir,

i have purchased 2 no. Exide invatubular batteries having no's 56044/1M07 & 56094/1M07 from their dealer in Allahabad M/s G.B.SALES on 23/10/07. Batteries are having replacement warranty of 30 months, both batteries were taken to the dealer for replacement when they stop working, he assured me that it will be replaced shortely, but now he is telling that company is not taking care & not replacing the same, kindly help me to get the justice.
