The courier company has amazing workforce:
1 They come to deliver unannounced and than scold the person at not being available
2 Customer Service no is never picked up (unless you persistenlty try your luck for a million times)
3 The delivery staff never picks up their phone
4 Tracking system and the site is hard to locate on web
ICICI should take cognizance of this thrid party reducing their customer satisfaction levels - I have never experienced such poor quality from other affialiate vendors of the likes of Amex and HSBC
