Dear Sir/Madam,
This is w.r.t. various telephonic conversations with customer care centre regarding refund of railway cancelled tickets.
The details are as under
date of Booking-17/05/09 Reference No. EZR-304719 and other is
date of Booking-21/05/09 Reference No. EZR-314538.
A number of times i have called the 1800220177 the customer care cell 24X7.
Everytime, i am informed that it will be done shortly, whereas more than a month has passed but amount has still not refunded. both the tickets were waitlisted tickets, which got automatically cancelled. please take necessary steps to refund my amount at the earliest.
It seems that this company is a total bogus and cheating the customers.
