below are my booking details and cancellation details. i had cancelled by tickets on 06th of June however it has been more than a month that i have not received any response from ezeego1.com
have called them atleast 10 times... every day they say in next 72 hours it would be credited...
further every time they take and waste 40 minutes.
Also a special complaint against an employee called Abdul.. when asked to transfer to the boss... he kept me on hold and went to sleep... did not even bother to get back...

Also if somebody can raise a concern that nobody can contact the bossess of these call centre people... and there is no customer grevieance cell for ezeego1.com.
