I cancelled my tickets one month back and yet its not refunded. These are the details:

Its been a month and when contacted, their call centre execs say they are not able to track the money!!!
when asked "hasnt Deccan credited the amount back to you? " they say "no we cant say that"!!!
Its been more than 45 days and i have been calling them continously, only to hear their false assurances.
I have lost hopes of getting my money back when i googled "ezeego1.com fraud" and found out
that they are professional theives!!!
